How we're structured
We don't have layers of management between you and the engineers. Every project is staffed with senior people who own the work end-to-end — from architecture decisions to deployment.
Most teams are 2–4 people: a lead engineer, a frontend or mobile specialist, and a designer when needed. The founder is hands-on in every project.
