Frequently asked questions
What is your typical project timeline?
Most projects take 6–14 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. A focused MVP can ship in 6–8 weeks. More complex platforms with multiple integrations typically take 10–14 weeks. We’ll give you an honest estimate upfront.
Do you work with startups or only established companies?
Both. We work with early-stage startups building their first product as well as established companies adding new capabilities. The common thread is a clear idea of what needs to be built and a willingness to move fast.
What does your tech stack look like?
Our core stack is React, Next.js, TypeScript, and React Native on the frontend, with AWS serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions) on the backend. We also work with Salesforce, Claude API, OpenAI, PostgreSQL, and Twilio depending on the project.
How do you handle communication and project updates?
You talk directly to the engineers building your product — no project managers in between. We do weekly demos of working software, async updates via Slack or email, and calls when needed. We’re based in India with good overlap across US, European, and APAC time zones.
Can you take over or improve an existing codebase?
Yes. We regularly take over projects from other teams or improve existing codebases. We’ll do a code audit first to understand the current state, then propose a practical path forward — whether that’s incremental improvement or a targeted rebuild of specific modules.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It starts with a short discovery call where we understand what you’re building. We then send a proposal with scope, timeline, and cost. Once agreed, we work in weekly sprints with demos of working software. No long discovery phases or 60-page documents — we start building quickly.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes. We build cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native and Expo. One codebase, both app stores. We’ve shipped apps to the App Store and Google Play, including the ITINE travel app.
How do you price your services?
We typically work on fixed-price project engagements with clear scope and milestones. For ongoing work or less-defined projects, we offer monthly retainers. We’ll give you a transparent breakdown so there are no surprises.
